  1. What kind of secure payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept payment from PayPal and Credit Card via PayPal.

 

  1. Is it safe to pay with credit card via PayPal?

Yes. Your credit card transaction will be processed via PayPal and your information will not be stored on our site. We don’t even know that you pay with Credit Card.

 

  1. Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. We will put a sheet of invoice in your package while packing your items. If you need a digital invoice, please contact support@grapent.com or sunnyworldus@hotmail.com

 

  1. Can you accept currency that is not US Dollar?

No, currently we only accept US Dollar.

 

  1. Are there any discounts for me if I order large quantities of an item?

It depends on how many quantity you buy, if you are going to buy more than 100 PCS/SKU in one order, please contact support@grapent.com for details.

 

  1. Can I pay in installments of an item?

No, we only accept full payment.

 

  1. Do I need to pay any additional import duties?

Grapent.com is not responsible for any import duties. If the customs in your country ask you to pay an additional import duty, then you need to pay by yourself.

 

  1. Can I know whether my payment has been received or not?

We will send you a notification email to inform you after we receive your payment.
